v1.0.0: Final Avatars 3.0 Release
Support for the official Avatars 3.0 release!
Now includes ability to view/debug individual playable layers inside of Unity's Animator Window (Note: When used, the output may be weighted incorrectly, but the states should show correctly).

Known issues:
Layer masks may be inaccurate, especially related to transform masks.
No support for eyelid, jaw and manual viseme emulation.
Rescaling / pose space / remeasure avatar features not fully implemented.
IK blending not implemented.
Supports viewing tracking control, but has no effect.
