v0.5.0: Support for July 24, 2020 open-beta

Update to support the new backwards-incompatible VRC open-beta!!

Layer masks may continue to be inaccurate, especially related to transform masks.
No support for eyelid, jaw and manual viseme emulation.
Rescaling / pose space / remeasure avatar features not fully implemented.
IK blending not implemented.
Supports viewing tracking control, but has no effect.
