This PR address the following:

• Closes Code smell regarding getUserIDFromToken() #78
• Closes Create front-end UI for commenting on user's profile #30
• Closes Comment on players profile #26
• Closes Create front-end to select a player #27
• Closes Create a front-end to rate the player once he/she is selected #28
• Closes Rate players #25
• Closes Edit user rating frontend #94
• Closes Edit Rating #95
• Closes Rate a user #8

This PR will finish the user rating and comment related user stories.

The profile component does not re-render after a URL change. Looking into fix
