Map Generator Recipes

What should be documented? Is there something wrong in the documentation?
We get commentary on Discord periodically asking how to generate varying kinds of maps. Some players want a specific type of map for a small local play group, or a map against the AI. Even Longturn games have challenges sometimes getting the map a particular game wants to play.

Do you have suggestions?
Add to the server manual a game map generator recipes page. Give options for no poles, all temperate, huge continents, islands, etc.
