Hi @AndyXiangLi. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Instructions for interacting with me using PR comments are available here. If you have questions or suggestions related to my behavior, please file an issue against the kubernetes/test-infra repository.

@wongma7 make test-e2e-external is not there in our Makefile, will that introduce any issue if we merge the CI change first?

wongma7 commented Feb 5, 2021

@AndyXiangLi yes, but I was thinking we could merge kubernetes-sigs/aws-ebs-csi-driver#726 immediately after.

Another option is to mark this "always_run: false".

Then when we want to test kubernetes-sigs/aws-ebs-csi-driver#726, we can comment "/test pull-aws-ebs-csi-driver-external-test-latest". Then after we merge 726, come back here and mark always_run: true.

@wongma7 I'm thinking we can merge 726 first, this should not break anything as no consumer of test-e2e-external and other tests should remain same, and then merge this one right after
