UI: Enhance splash screen animation and layout

TL;DR

Enhanced the splash screen animation with staggered letter animations and added a tagline.

What changed?

• Added staggered animation timing for each letter in "KRAIL"
• Introduced a new tagline "Ride the rail, without fail"
• Adjusted letter sizing and spacing parameters
• Removed stroke styling from letters
• Extended splash screen duration to 1200ms
• Added preview composables for both the logo and full splash screen

How to test?

1. Launch the app and observe the splash screen
2. Verify each letter animates sequentially with a 100ms delay
3. Confirm the tagline appears below the animated text
4. Check the animation in both light and dark themes
5. Ensure the splash screen transitions after 1.2 seconds

Why make this change?

The staggered animation and tagline create a more polished and engaging splash screen experience, better aligning with modern app design principles while maintaining brand identity.
