Fix open recipe tracking logic

Description

When creating a new recipe, the window check was incorrect, and the
editor was always showing, instead of the recipe card.

Closes #227

How Has This Been Tested?

This was tested by creating a new recipe, closing its editor, and opening the recipe card by clicking the new recipe in the main window.
