Referencing issue #38. Initial issue of getting credentials from a different Azure cloud provider than AzureCloud was fixed in the previous issue pull request #44. However, upon publish and testing, I realized that changes were required so that the ResourceManagerClient would be configured correctly to use other Azure clouds.
This round I managed to figure out how to publish the extension privately and it the changes I've made in the pull request make it testing successfully with AzureChina environment.
