Description
Inspired by the discussion in #3659 on the number of dependencies on Kedro. It was used in the
TemplatedConfigLoaderhttps://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/blob/3529c29234ba86a9d3605e3a80d030518f06b311/kedro/config/templated_config.py and we forgot to remove it when TCL was deleted.Development notes
All tests are passing, so I think we're good to go and remove it 🥳
