Is this section in manifest xml working?

Dependencies are not currently supported, but were added for that possibility in the future, according to Ian here: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/joomla-dev-platform/SSfpetLPESI/vuht__60B8YJ

Thanks for reporting this. At this time we are only using github as the place to submit code fixes so I am closing the report here. The actual reporting of issues and testing fixes is still taking place on Joomlacode.
