This PR removes the
schemamodule frompostcard, and introduces thepostcard-schemacrate.It also revs the
postcard-derivecrate to 0.2 (which I intend to release soon), and thepostcardcrate to 1.1 (which I intend to release later when I have more time to ensure I won't mess up anyone's day).
