There should be an additional agent command that returns the latest agent logs. Latest means everything since the last (re-) instrumentation, as everything will be applied again then.

Log collection, minimum log level and further parameters should be configurable via the agent configuration.

Caveats: Error messages occurring during agent/config server communication (e.g., agent commands) are independent from the instrumentation process and might need to be handled differently.
