snippy error #7

Hi Dangoh, This version of snippy 4.4.3 works with the conda env. Of course I can upgrade it but I need to be sure the dependencies would work in the env. I'll run a test and update you afterwards. |

I think the environment has an old version of snippy which has this issue tseemann/snippy#344 .
Could you upgrade to the latest snippy version?
