The general recommendation is to not include this file in the repository for libraries: https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/guide/cargo-toml-vs-cargo-lock.html In addition, it was out of date. The version number of `robust-predicates` was still at 0.1.1.

The upstream version can't be compiled to `wasm32-unknown-unknown`. My fork includes the following pull requests: - hporro/robust-predicates#1 - hporro/robust-predicates#2
