My unit, BRP15A61 has not worked under both 2024.08.0 and 2024.08.1. It's the one that requires a password.
Works flawlessly under 2024.7.4
Getting these errors in the log:
"2024-08-11 08:43:58.734 ERROR (MainThread) [pydaikin.daikin_base] Exception in TaskGroup: 'DaikinSkyFi' object has no attribute 'headers'

2024-08-11 08:43:58.737 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.daikin] Unexpected error creating device 192.168.1.137"

Same issue and error logs as above.
Rolling back to 2024.8.0 fixes the issue.
Suspect problem due to bump to pydaikin 2.13.2

Issue also covered [https://github.com//pull/123519] and [https://github.com//issues/123550]
Will be fixed as part of this PR: [https://github.com/fredrike/pydaikin/pull/13]

The issue I raised in [https://github.com/https://github.com//issues/123416] is still unresolved by 2024.08.01. Regressing back to 2024.07.04 fixes the problem.
It would seem that there are various legacy issues involved in this change. Why not regress back to the version of pydaikin that was used in 2024.07.04 until these matters are all sorted out ?

Same issue here. Downgrading to 2024.8.0 with ha core update --version=2024.8.0 resolved it. Skipping 2024.8.1.

@migdard thanx for the prompt. I downgraded as well and Daikin has connected as usual. Skipping 2024.8.1 as well and waiting for 2024.8.2.

Same issue here, happened on Patch-Update to 2024.8.1. I literally turned on the AC on 2024.8.0 and then thought - oh well let's update and now I can't turn it off 🥲

Error is Exception in TaskGroup: 'DaikinBRP069' object has no attribute 'headers'

These are older WLAN modules on Daikin Stylish, no API key or anything...
