Hi @neil-yechenwei - I started a review on this PR, but it looks like this will actually be a breaking change in its current state. Can you check the comment below and see if we can get a resolution from the service team, or at least open an issue to get it resolved as this will be blocked in the current state.

This would be a breaking change, and users would have to update all their configs. It sounds like the API has a bug and should consolidate on a single default value here? Can you take this up with the service team?

@jackofallops , thanks for the suggestion. I filed ticket for minimal_tls_version to service team and I removed it from this PR. I will submit another PR once the issue of minimal_tls_version is resloved. Please continue to review this PR for new property partition_merge_enabled. Thanks.

Is there an issue link we can refer to for the service side issue for the minimumTlsVersion value inconsistency? If so, can you update the linked issue for supporting that property?
