This is preparation for splitting stuff out of `fj-app`, into separate crates. Adds a workspace at the top-level, to keep things building.

Moves
fj-appinto a dedicated directory, adds a workspace at the top-level, and adds all crates to the workspace. This is preparation for #141, and fixes a bunch of other issues (see commit messages).
