adding lustre & nfs quota warning email to disk-usage command an changing the crontab to execute the disk-usage command rather than executing two individual scripts.

Why is this Needed?

This is needed to ensure that we (RSE) are aware of storage capacity and when it is reaching it's limit. Having the scripts in one place will also be a benefit for future development or troubleshooting.
