Summary

The default ISMEAR parameter for uniform non-selfconsistent field calculations was recently changed from 0 (gaussian smearing) to -5 (tetrahedron interpolation). As mentioned in #283, the DOS plot in the MgO example does not match the output produced with tetrahedron interpolation. This PR updates the DOS plot and example code.

The failing tests are unrelated to this PR.
