- Make font sizes more consistent (resolves Secondary street labels smaller than residential ones #544)
- Let tertiary labels start at z14 rather than z15 (resolves Attempt to display names of highway=tertiary also on zoom level 14 #301)
- Add label for bridleways
- Remove halo from residential/unclassified/road (resolves Some road labels miss halos #515)
- General code clean-up
