The tagpack tool is able to reingest tagpack repos if changes are made via the ingestion pipeline. What is cumbersome is that the user has to manually pull changes from git and hand in the repo pathes to the tool.
Since the tagpack tools anyways remembers the repo link it would be way easier if the tagpack tool could simply pull all repos existing in its database and reingest tags via a central command e.g. tagpack-tool update.

The command name I use is called tagpack sync. It gets as and input a file with a list of git repos. It then clones them and inserts all tags and actor in the database (with the add_new option).
