Create a Patterns / FAQ section #321

A section on the site for "Patterns": ways of using or extending the specifications to solve a particular issue. For example, handling caching of resource data #243,

Some patterns may even evolve into specifications if they prove important and robust enough.

Question: patterns and FAQs. Patterns and FAQs are often pretty similar: a pattern is a solution to a FAQ. Do we want to formally merge this into one new FAQ or Pattern section?
