Python doesn't work in Pluto #818

Hi!

Whenever I try to call various python packages (mostly for plotting), I run into segmentation errors, and apparently it has something to do with something inside the dynamic libraries for Conda?

Currently using Julia 1.5.1, Pluto v0.12.18 on a macOS Mojave

Found a workaround. But there are other issues right now not quite related to this.
