Bug fixing and more text

This is just a small update, so only the executable is being provided to replace your existing executable from 2.0.

What's new

• Show as much text as can be fit within the current horizontal resolution for rom names, instead of cutting them off at 35 characters in all cases.
  The font is not mono spaced, so doing that didn't make sense :)

Fixes

• Stop reading the last state of non existing sections
• Ignore blank lines in sections.cfg
• PSX can be launched again
• Fixed the favorites section colors for Bittboy and Pocket Go, which was missing a value for the last color
