Change of ui

• model is now fullscreen with all controls in a sidebar
• usage of typescript

Initial working version

• send commands to the BigRobotArmServer to control the arm
• manual control of each joint
• 3D preview of the robot arm
• create and replay saved positions (sequences)
• repeat sequence support
