I noticed this when was looking at service instances and comparing their traffic values.
Currently I see that the values are different for different time selection (for example, 1 hour shows 400 tpm; but 24 hours shows 5000 tpm), while load patter hasn't changed.
Similar behavior observed on transactions list.
