Kibana version:
6.7
Elasticsearch version:
6.7
Server OS version:
RHEL 7.6
Browser version:
Chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Browser OS version:
Windows
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
Yum
Describe the bug:
When using group-by, large groups may flow above their frame and under the search bar
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a number (13 seems to be enough) hosts with some overlapping tags (mine are all tagged by ansible groups, some of which are nested)
  2. use the Group by button in Infrastructure and choose "tags"

Expected behavior:
Groupings should stay below the Map View/Table View Buttons
Screenshots (if relevant):

(Apologies for only showing the part where it overlaps, I would have had to do a lot of crossing out hostnames)
Errors in browser console (if relevant):

Provide logs and/or server output (if relevant):
