Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

Source and release-oblt

Describe the bug:

When going to the alert page, if the user changes filters in the search bar, nothing happens. (Noticed this bug during working on #134887)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the observability alert page
  2. Add a new filter
  3. By clicking Add filter nothing happens

Expected behavior:

Search bar filters should work properly.
