Summary
Fixes #4320, in which is was discovered that EuiErrorBoundary does not display the Error message in non-Chromium browsers. Chromium browsers include the
messageproperty in thestackproperty; others do not. The solution is to build an error string for non-Chromium browsers that approximates themessage-stackcombination.Checklist
