What does this PR do?

App Search as a separate product has been deprecated for a long time (since 7.7.0) and as of 8.0.0 the legacy health API has been removed from Enterprise Search, so the module does not work with the solution anymore. This PR removes the legacy module from metricbeat in favor of the new enterprisesearch module added recently.

Why is it important?

This is important to avoid user confusion between app search the product and enterprise search the solution (which contains app search) and extra support burden from cases where people try the wrong module.

Looks reasonable to me.

I did not pull this change down and test it in beats. I added a reminder for us to verify this end-to-end as part of 8.0 manual testing instead. https://github.com/elastic/app-search-team/issues/2195
