Federated Catalog Integration

I noticed that the FC dependencies have been added to the lib file at this link, but they are not being used anywhere in the codebase. Is there a plan to integrate FC into the MVD?

the FC dependencies are used in this extensions

https://github.com/eclipse-edc/MinimumViableDataspace/blob/main/extensions/catalog-node-resolver/build.gradle.kts

which is included in the controlplane launcher
