Summary:
The previous code tries to strip out parentheses and anything in between
them. I'm guessing the idea here was to try to drop any listed arguments
for the function being symbolized. Unfortunately this approach is broken
in several ways.

* Templated functions may contain parentheses. The existing approach
messes up these names.
* In C++ argument types are part of a function's signature for the
purposes of overloading so removing them could be confusing.

Fix this simply by not trying to adjust the function name that comes
from `atos`.

A test case is included.

Without the change the test case produced output like:

```
Note how the symbol names for the frames are messed up (e.g. #8, #1).
With the patch the output looks like:
ADDI often has a frameindex in operand 1, but consumers of this
interface, such as MachineSink, tend to call getReg() on the Destination
and Source operands, leading to the following crash when building
FreeBSD after this implementation was added in 8cf6778d30:
```
clang: llvm/include/llvm/CodeGen/MachineOperand.h:359: llvm::Register llvm::MachineOperand::getReg() const: Assertion `isReg() && "This is not a register operand!"' failed.
PLEASE submit a bug report to https://bugs.llvm.org/ and include the crash backtrace, preprocessed source, and associated run script.

Thus, check that operand 1 is also a register in the condition.

This patch implemented TTI.IntImmCost() properly.
Each BPF insn has 32bit immediate space, so for any immediate
which can be represented as 32bit signed int, the cost
is technically free. If an int cannot be presented as
a 32bit signed int, a ld_imm64 instruction is needed
and a TCC_Basic is returned.

This change is motivated when we observed that
several bpf selftests failed with latest llvm trunk, e.g.,
  #10/16 strobemeta.o:FAIL
  #10/17 strobemeta_nounroll1.o:FAIL
  #10/18 strobemeta_nounroll2.o:FAIL
  #10/19 strobemeta_subprogs.o:FAIL
  #96 snprintf_btf:FAIL

The reason of the failure is due to that
SpeculateAroundPHIsPass did aggressive transformation
which alters control flow for which currently verifer
cannot handle well. In llvm12, SpeculateAroundPHIsPass
is not called.

SpeculateAroundPHIsPass relied on TTI.getIntImmCost()
and TTI.getIntImmCostInst() for profitability
analysis. This patch implemented TTI.getIntImmCost()
properly for BPF backend which also prevented
transformation which caused the above test failures.

Although THREADLOCAL variables are supported on Darwin they cannot be
used very early on during process init (before dyld has set it up).

Unfortunately the checked lock is used before dyld has setup TLS leading
to an abort call (`_tlv_boostrap()` is never supposed to be called at
runtime).

To avoid this problem `SANITIZER_CHECK_DEADLOCKS` is now disabled on
Darwin platforms. This fixes running TSan tests (an possibly other
Sanitizers) when `COMPILER_RT_DEBUG=ON`.

For reference the crashing backtrace looks like this:

```
  * frame #0: 0x00000002044da0ae dyld`__abort_with_payload + 10
Fixes a CHECK-failure caused by glibc's pthread_getattr_np
implementation calling realloc.  Essentially, Thread::GenerateRandomTag
gets called during Thread::Init and before Thread::InitRandomState:
We experienced some deadlocks when we used multiple threads for logging
using `scan-builds` intercept-build tool when we used multiple threads by
e.g. logging `make -j16`
```

I think the gcc's exit call caused the injected `libear.so` to be unloaded
by the `ld`, which in turn called the `void on_unload() __attribute__((destructor))`.
That tried to acquire an already locked mutex which was left locked in the
`bear_report_call()` call, that probably encountered some error and
returned early when it forgot to unlock the mutex.

All of these are speculation since from the backtrace I could not verify
if frames 2 and 3 are in fact corresponding to the `libear.so` module.
But I think it's a fairly safe bet.

So, hereby I'm releasing the held mutex on *all paths*, even if some failure
happens.

PS: I would use lock_guards, but it's C.

…ned form

The DWARF spec says:

 Any debugging information entry representing the declaration of an object,
 module, subprogram or type may have DW_AT_decl_file, DW_AT_decl_line and
 DW_AT_decl_column attributes, each of whose value is an unsigned integer
							 ^^^^^^^^
 constant.

If however, a producer happens to emit DW_AT_decl_file /
DW_AT_decl_line using a signed integer form, llvm-dwarfdump crashes,
like so:

     (... snip ...)
     0x000000b4:   DW_TAG_structure_type

                     DW_AT_byte_size (136)
                     DW_AT_decl_file (llvm-dwarfdump: (... snip ...)/llvm/include/llvm/ADT/Optional.h:197: T& llvm::optional_detail::OptionalStorage<T, true>::getValue() &

Likewise with DW_AT_call_file / DW_AT_call_line.

The problem is that the code in llvm/lib/DebugInfo/DWARF/DWARFDie.cpp
dumping these attributes assumes that
FormValue.getAsUnsignedConstant() returns an armed optional. If in
debug mode, we get an assertion line the above. If in release mode,
and asserts are compiled out, then we proceed as if the optional had a
value, running into undefined behavior, printing whatever random
value.

Fix this by checking whether the optional returned by
FormValue.getAsUnsignedConstant() has a value, like done in other
places.

In addition, DWARFVerifier.cpp is validating DW_AT_call_file /
DW_AT_decl_file, but not AT_call_line / DW_AT_decl_line.  This commit
fixes that too.

The llvm-dwarfdump/X86/verify_file_encoding.yaml testcase is extended
to cover these cases. Current llvm-dwarfdump crashes running the
newly-extended test.

"make check-llvm-tools-llvm-dwarfdump" shows no regressions, on x86-64
GNU/Linux.
