Using the Azure Translate API

The Azure Translate API supports plenty of languages as both sources and outputs, and has one of the fastest response times I've tested out of all of the translators available. Additionally, its Free Tier is very generous. According to their pricing page, the Free tier allows for 2 million characters of text translation per month. You can always upgrade to a pay-as-you-go model.
