Create a multi-selectable grid widget for editing per address priorities, and setting levels
Change GridWidget to not just simply scale text which looked ugly/squashed in some situations.

Create a multi-editable version of the grid widget for editing per-address priorities, and additionally as another way to set levels. Addresses #183
