Range select for per address priority

Ability to ctrl click or ctrl/shift click (like excel) to select a range of channels to change their per address priority.

This has been added in 2.1.0 beta 4. Now you can marquee-drag, shift click and control click and use the mouse wheel to edit values, or enter a value at the top of the window
