This PR makes the Apphook work again for django CMS 3.4:

  • Rename Apphook module (old name support removed in CMS 3.4)
  • Use functions instead of attributes for menus and urls

Why it isn't merged yet?

Hi gents,

I am trying to install Zinnia along with Django-CMS 3.4.4 and also spot this error. Since this is a fix which is not yet merged, I assume there is still a work to be done.
Do you need any help to make this happen?

Thanks!
