Expected behavior:

A user selects a sticker in the iOS sticker picker and DC sends it as a sticker.

Actual behavior:

If a user selects a sticker in the iOS sticker picker, DC no longer recognizes it as such and therefore sends it as an image.

Unfortunately, this bug still occurs in DC-iOS 1.48.3.
"Normal" stickers in the sticker picker can be sent as stickers, but not the emoji stickers.
Animated stickers don't work either.

ftr, here is a draft that may help it it is needed to detect transparency from raw file data: #2258
