I've adjusted the NATO Desert Storm faction to better reflect the RAF's contribution to Operation Desert Storm; which was in the form of Tornado GR.1s (GR.4s being the closest we have ingame). This enables squadrons to actually use RAF liveries, rather than with the IDS which only allowed other foreign liveries

Update NATO Desert Storm faction to include Tornado GR4 (#3472)

This PR addresses #1877 by adding Tornado GR4 to NATO Desert Storm
faction. The Tornado IDS unit is left in the faction to provide backward
compatibility for custom campaigns that use the faction.
