frog crashes when compiling a constructor call with wrong number of arguments

I lost the exact code but it was along these lines:
interface Bar {}
class Foo implements Bar {
  Foo(Stirng id) { }
}
main() {
  new Foo();
}

Strangely, without the interface it works.

Crash was an index out of bounds error in MethodMember.invoke, when running on the VM.
