Given QI-Core data elements in profiles produce a spreadsheet with a different output that profilesToSpreadsheet.
Refactored profilesToSpreadsheet to pull out functionality that can be used in both of these operations. Added test for both this new operation and fixed test for profilesToSpreadsheet to meet comments/change request in that operation.
Added functionality to produce output with these results:
QI Core Profile, Id, Must Support Y/N, Review Notes, Cardinality, Type, Description, and Constraints
