@corneliusroemer @AngieHinrichs i suggest to broaden LH.2 starting from S:P251H instead of requiring S:I197V too, because it is now splitted in two branches and the one circulating has not I197V while it has S:T323I, not being fast enough to deserve more than to be broadened in my view: https://nextstrain.org/fetch/genome-test.gi.ucsc.edu/trash/ct/subtreeAuspice1_genome_test_4b270_c48ec0.json?label=id:node_7189232
