Description

This issue exists on bidirectional tool since the tool was created.
It was hard to identify when the issue was happening and the reasons for that.

Steps to Reproduce the issue

  1. I enable the cornerstoneTools' Bidirectional tool in a cornerstone enabled element which has an image loaded
  2. Then I create a measurement by dragging the mouse/touch and move it fast while releasing the mouse button or raising the finger.
  3. I can see sometimes that the lines are not perpendicular.

Expected behavior: Lines are always created perpendicular to each other.

Actual behavior: Lines sometimes are not perpendicular.
