Blurry/Pixelated CR image

I'm having an issue rendering CR images with cornerstone3D.

I can reproduce the issue in the upload example and same result in my own.

Source image can be found here and tested in another medDream dicom viewer and image renders correctly.

I checked the image with a offline dicom and the image rendered properly.

@kunjesh1 This look like exactly the problem you had too here right, any success in solving this issue with JPEG 2000?

No , will update you in this week office hours getting some issue in debugging because of linking the Web assembly codec in local and debugging. For now, please look at the workaround for hot fix.

Regarding the OpenJPEG issue, I have the latest build of OpenJPEG (2.5.0) built for wasm with a nice test harness here: https://chafey.github.io/openjpegjs/test/browser/index.html

Let me try to update the codec by upstream , I see I have to preserve the changes while updating to the upstream of this commit
