Blurry/Pixelated CR image #256

No , will update you in this week office hours getting some issue in debugging because of linking the Web assembly codec in local and debugging. For now, please look at the workaround for hot fix. |

I'm having an issue rendering CR images with cornerstone3D.
I can reproduce the issue in the upload example and same result in my own.
Source image can be found here and tested in another medDream dicom viewer and image renders correctly.

I checked the image with a offline dicom and the image rendered properly.
version of cornerstone:
