Introduce plot data collection for different confusion statistics

Process different confusion statistics (adjacency precision, adjacency recall, arrowhead precision, arrowhead recall) into corresponding data files based on their ADTest result.

Sample output accepts_AHP_ADTestP_data.csv:

1.00,0.05

1.00,0.42
1.00,0.08
1.00,0.16
