PR description:
Update HMT shower thresholds to values corresponding to 2022 data taking.
These thresholds will be useful for L1 emulation studies for 2023 run preparation as well as MC production that requires HMT emulation.
Thresholds were proposed in [1] and were confirmed to reduced rate later in [2].
