This upgrades all uses of vite from 3.x (3.1.3) to the most recent 4.x (4.4.9). See issue for more details.
All automated tests are passing, and I also tested the hello-world sample in isolation with pnpm, npm, and yarn and all seems OK. I'll test again after I publish the new packages.
