Swiftshader has been removed from chromium (SwANGLE has been the default for some time now). M101 will be the last version to ship with swiftshader

  • Update Nuget packages
  • Update wiki

References within the source have been removed, and cef-binary packages have been updated.

Will update wiki after the first stable M102 release.
