Download

  1. You can download the module from JED (Joomla Extensions Directory) Custom Fields Everywhere website either from inside your installation of Joomla or from the module website on JED.
  2. You can download the latest version of module from official webpage from latest version of Custom Fields Everywhere.

Installation

  1. You can install the module from inside your Joomla installation: System -> Install -> Extensions -> Install from Web.
  2. You can install the module you have downloaded from either this webpage or JED site on: System -> Install -> Extensions -> Upload Package File and drag the zip file to marked space or use Browse for file button to select the zip file.

There are no further steps necessary during the installation process. After the installation complete with the "Success" message, you can find the installed module in Content -> Site Modules -> + New button -> Custom Fields Everywhere module.

Usage

Go to Content -> Site Modules -> + New button -> Custom Fields Everywhere module to add a new module. Inside the module you enter the module Title. Below you can find orange button "Click to add custom field". On click it will open new modal window where you can select the desired custom field. After clicking the desired field the modal window will close and the shorttag will be automatically added to the module content editor. If you know the custom field ID, you can enter the shorttag manually using the following syntax: {field ID}.
