Support for Portuguese (pt) with some tweaks as discussed in #46
Simple mode:
added two frequently used words with accents.
Advanced mode:
Portuguese has many words with accents and "Ç",
Monkeytype even has a different word list with 2500 words with just these types of words.
So I did the same thing that the Arabic language did and created a different word list with 27 extra words selected from the monkeytype word list mentioned above.
And I removed a little of ";" because in Portuguese it is rarely used.
Already tested and working correctly, closes #29 #53 and #46
