This PR adds ability to set extra rest_v2 mock methods like here

for test purposes of framework mode
It is useful in cases when we want to mock the following
postroutes:/v2/login/v2/login/verifybut it can't be done with current logic https://github.com/bitfinexcom/bfx-api-mock-srv/blob/master/lib/rest2/index.js#L52
the post method is determined by the presence of
